High School Athlete Group: Complete training program designed for competitive athletes ages 13-18.  The focus is to instruct in creating optimal movement patterns to improve sports performance and decrease injury risk, helping athletes reach their true potential.  Training areas include movement prep, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, metabolic conditioning, flexibility and recovery.

 

• Fitness Training Group: Overall low impact training program designed to safely improve overall health, increase fat loss, improve fitness level and improve self-image.  Training focus is on full body strength, balance, flexibility, conditioning and recovery.

 

Weekend Warrior Group: Complete training program designed to train like a competitive athlete (ex-athletes, weekend warriors, mud runners and fitness enthusiasts).  Training program addresses all areas of training, including: movement prep, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, metabolic conditioning, flexibility and recovery.

 

• Metabolic Conditioning Group: High intensity interval training to improve conditioning, muscle endurance, increase fat loss and improve overall cardiovascular health.  Class consists of metabolic conditioning circuits with heavy ropes, kettle bells, drive sleds, agility ladders, tires and more. 

 

 

Cost:      Pay As You Go: $15 per Class
