• Fitness Training: Overall low impact fitness and injury prevention training program designed to limit impact on joints and emphasize building a well balanced, healthy body.  Program focus is on full body strength, balance, flexibility, conditioning and more.

Advanced Training - Strength and Power: Overall strength and conditioning program for fitness enthusiasts, as well as competitive athletes.  Training drills include core strength, plyometrics, heavy ropes, kettle bells, medicine ball throws, sled pushes and more.

• Interval Conditioning: High intensity interval training to improve conditioning and muscle endurance, burn body fat and improve overall cardiovascular health.  Metabolic conditioning circuits with tires, heavy ropes, kettle bells, drive sleds, agility ladders and more. 

Athlete SAQ: Field/court athlete strength training program designed for competitive athletes ages 13-18.  A progressive training program design teaches proper technique first to create efficient movement patterns, then progresses with resistance and complex movements.  Goals are to increase overall core, leg and upper body strength.

Athlete Strength: Field/court athlete footwork training program designed for competitive athletes ages 13-18.  A progressive training program design first teaches proper first step quickness, jumping technique and running technique.  As the class progresses, drills become more complex to improve speed, agility, quickness and explosiveness.

Classes are the most affordable option to train at Project Athlete under the expert instruction and supervision of highly qualified trainers.  Classes are limited to small groups of eight, to ensure maximum personalized attention.  Various classes are now available at the newly remodeled Project Athlete Performance Gym.

 

For competitive athletes, classes range from Sport-specific Strength and Conditioning groups to Interval Conditioning classes. 

 

There are also classes for Fitness Enthusiasts.  These classes range from Basic Strength Training to Strength and Power classes.
